Mechanical Design: Using CAD software like SolidWorks, we design housings for optimal thermal management using materials like die-cast aluminum, ensuring IP66/IP65 ingress protection and IK08/IK10 impact resistance.
Optical Design: We engineer secondary optics using advanced simulation tools. This includes selecting or custom-designing PMMA lenses, PC lenses, or reflectors to achieve precise beam angles (Type II, III, IV, V), UGR control (<19), and optimal luminous efficacy (lm/W).
Design of the LED PCB, selection and integration of constant-current or constant-voltage LED drivers (DALI, 0-10V dimmable), and implementation of surge protection (up to 20kV) and smart control compatibility (Zhaga, NEMA, wireless).
Prototypes are built using handcrafting or 3D printing techniques for design validation, including photometric testing (IES/LDT files), structural verification, thermal testing, and IP testing.
Based on the confirmed prototype samples and 3D drawings, the mold development process is initiated, and mold samples are produced. These samples will undergo relevant testing and verification in terms of optical, structural, protective performance, and temperature rise characteristics. After confirmation by both parties, the golden samples will be finalized.
